Standard
Standard commissions come with your character and a simple background.
Rendered fullbodies with a complex backgrounds are charged as scenes.
Your character will take up 70-80% of the canvas.

Customs, Redesigns & Ref Sheets
A character custom made for you by your specifications via description and/or images such as moodboards. This will come with a name header and a color palette + eye preview if chosen.Add-ons refer to additional details on the reference sheet or that take up a large portion of the character.
Can be shaded or rendered based on preference. Anything not mentioned please ask about!

Terms and Conditions
Please Read Thoroughly
I currently attend school and work. Please expect leniency on any estimated finish date.
I cannot take too many commissions at once so it is possible that I will have to put you on a wait list.
I am subject to decline commissions and/or have to clear or cancel with anyone on my wait list at anytime.
I have the right to decline any commissions that the client requests with any themes/characters I am not comfortable drawing.
I will message you whenever updates are available on your current piece.
I will have to ask questions and talk with you about certain aspects of a piece. Delayed response time can result in a delay the expected finish date of the piece.
If you intend to use my artwork for any purpose, you must appropriately and actively credit me in any fashion (Instagram tag or Discord tag). This may look different for each form of use, please feel free to ask if you are unsure of how to credit me for a work.
You must not at any point remove or crop my signature out of an artwork.
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Be respectful of my boundaries and keep any communications polite and appropriate.
If you commission me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions whether you have read them or not.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions gives me proper authority to not complete your commission without any refund of any percentage and blacklist you from my services.
Payment
I accept paypal, cashapp, and venmo.
I can take payment in one of two of the following ways: 100% payment upfront, 50% upfront and 50% after receiving a sketch or line art.
I am somewhat flexible in the previous term but I require 100% of the payment before I send you the finished artwork.
If the client fails to compensate me accordingly and in a timely manner they will not receive a finished piece and may be blacklisted.

Cancelation, Refunds, & Blacklist
Cancelations are allowed at any point in the process. But you will not be guaranteed a refund if the commission has been paid for in any amount and started.
Refund will be administered relative to the context of the cancellation.
I reserve the right to deny refund for any reason.
I reserve the right to cancel any commission without refund and blacklist you under violation of any terms stated in these Terms and Conditions.
If you are blacklisted from my services you may no longer purchase any artwork from me nor post any of my art you may have, even with credit.
